Schematic Design Phase

  • Attend appropriate department user meetings
  • Develop schematic room plans, elevations, and section drawings
  • Provide preliminary specifications, equipment, materials, colors, etc.
  • Review and coordinate structural (floor load) requirements and fire protection considerations
  • Provide budget costs for storage systems as indicated
  • Finalize all product locations and specifications

Contract Documents Phase

  • Prepare all necessary final working drawings for storage systems
  • Provide final written specifications for storage systems

Bid / Award Process

  • Attend pre-bid meetings to provide information and correlation
  • Assist in evaluation or review of alternates or substitutions

Construction Phase

  • Attend construction meetings when appropriate
  • Review shop drawings where required
  • Review installation procedures
  • Coordinate delivery, staging, and installation schedules
  • Provide necessary guarantees and warranties
  • Project management services

Move-In Phase

  • Assist necessary departments with functional changes
  • Assist facility management with in-service training

             Post-Construction Evaluation    

  • Create and review punch list with architect and client
  • Review benefits of team relationship with architect
